Why I built Sazio
Hi, I'm Lorenzo.
I've tried dozens of calorie apps. Every one of them made me feel bad: red numbers, failure banners, words like "cheat day". I'd quit after a week.
The problem wasn't my discipline. It was that those apps didn't speak my language, didn't understand my food, and treated me like a student to be scolded.
I built Sazio because understanding what you eat shouldn't make you feel guilty. Track it, sure — but as a tool for awareness, not control.
